IFS Food Defense training
The course covers IFS Food requirements and guidelines related to food defense.
This course is designed mainly to cover IFS Food 6 requirements related to food defense as well as IFS Food defense guidelines alongside other existing guidelines.
It will also cover the different methods for food defense hazard analysis and risk assessment and finally, it will address the necessary tools for complying with IFS food defense requirements.
Objective
Upon completion of this course, attendees will become familiar with IFS food defense requirements and guidelines; with the different methods for food defense hazard analysis and risk assessment in order to be adequately prepared for the IFS audit, especially on chapter 6.Audience
