Global Standard Agents and Brokers Issue 9: Understanding the Requirements for Companies

Gain an in-depth and practical understanding of the format and requirements of the Standard, the protocol for the audit and actions following the audit. To complete the course successfully, participants will need to write an exam with 25 questions and gain a pass mark of 60%.

The duration of this course is 8 hours. This course will ensure that that company personnel using Global Standard Agents and Brokers Issue 9 have an in-depth and practical understanding of the format and requirements of the Standard, the protocol for the audit and actions following the audit.

Objective

After this training, delegates will have a better understanding of the reasons for changes to the Standard including industry developments. They will be able to:
  • Describe the scope of companies and products covered by the Standard
  • Know what is required to comply with the requirements of the Standard
  • Prepare for an audit to the Standard
  • Understand the protocol for audits to the Standard

The course is targeted at agents, brokers and their staff who wish to gain a thorough understanding of the Standard and audit protocol to be able to prepare their companies for certification.
