Security Leadership Programme (S-CISO)

This expert course emphasises the leadership and management skills essential for you as a (future) CISO or strategic security advisor. The programme of this course is specifically designed to support you in shaping a clear cybersecurity strategy, managing risks, applying agile security principles, and effectively reporting to the top levels of your organisation.

The final goal of this programme is to prepare you for your role as a strategic sparring partner (within your organisation), with a clear focus on communication towards the board of directors and other internal and external stakeholders.

Exam and Certification:

The Security Leadership Programme exam consists of a solution paper, presented either as a written document or as a presentation. Participants choose between the S-CISO title or the S-ISME title. The Solution Paper must be submitted to the SECO-Institute and is followed by a one-hour oral defence. Successful candidates are awarded the prestigious corresponding certification from SECO-Institute.

Pre-requisites
