This course offers an in-depth exploration of the role, covering day-to-day operations like certificate management, supporting tasks in navigation, cargo operations, and safety administration, alongside critical processes, like incident investigation and emergency response. Participants will gain insights into key maritime regulations and be fully prepared for the new challenges in the maritime industry.
Structured as an interactive and modular programme, the course blends theoretical knowledge with practical case studies, encouraging participants to share experiences and address real-world challenges. Topics such as system performance monitoring, non-conformity handling, and effective documentation reflect the evolving demands of QHSE management.
Whether transitioning from ship to shore or wanting to strengthen existing skills, by the end of the course, attendees will have a solid foundation on which to continue building a sustainable career in ship management. A final short test and the course certificate serve to validate the acquired knowledge, enhancing the participant’s credibility and value within their organization.
