DNV Ventures brought students together for an innovation- and investor focused day at UKEN

On 10 March, DNV was featured as Company of the Day at UKEN in Bergen - one of Norway’s largest student‑run festivals!

DNV Ventures hosted an innovation event at the Bergen office where Kaare Helle shared how venture investments support innovation across DNV.

Bendik Berg Wilhelmsen followed with an inspiring look into his journey through the finance trainee program, giving students a glimpse of what early‑career life at DNV can look like.

The day ended with an innovation challenge where students pitched creative, future‑focused ideas with potential to solve real challenges within DNVs industries.

"It was incredibly rewarding to meet students with such strong motivation to solve real-world challenges within DNV’s industries. They brought high energy and showed consistent creativity, which resulted in an impressively high standard during the pitching sessions of the innovation competition", says Bendik Berg, finance trainee in DNV.
