DNV Ventures invested in SPLX earlier in 2025 through the Trust in AI investment mandate, supporting their mission to make AI systems more secure, trustworthy, and resilient. 

The acquisition by Zscaler marks an important milestone for SPLX and underscores the growing importance of AI security as an integral part of modern enterprise protection. By joining forces, SPLX and Zscaler will combine their strengths to extend the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange™ platform - delivering deeper visibility into AI assets and workflows, along with advanced, continuous red teaming and governance.
