Industry and government must mobilize a clear roadmap to achieve UK climate targets by 2050 says DNV

Energy leaders met today to discuss corrective action to achieve climate targets, as DNV, the independent energy expert and assurance provider, launched its UK Energy Transition Outlook (ETO), revealing that the country is not on track to meet mid-century decarbonization targets and that the industry and government must mobilize a clear roadmap to attain ‘net zero by 2050’.

DNV and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore extend maritime R&D MOU

DNV and Singapore's Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) have agreed to continue their collaboration on decarbonization and digital innovation in the maritime industry. Kenneth Lim, Assistant Chief Executive (Industry and Transformation), MPA and Cristina Saenz de Santa Maria, Regional Manager South East Asia, Pacific & India, Maritime at DNV, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to renew their partnership at the Singapore Norway Innovation Conference. The three-year MOU will herald a new term of cooperation between the two.
