On the other hand, stress can also be a source of vitality and an optimum level of stress can motivate us to perform at our best. When properly managed, stress can act as a force that promotes employee health, safety and well-being, thus positively impacting performance.

The focus points will be:

  • What is stress and how does it affect our organism
  • Recognizing the signs of negative stress
  • Understand the workplace stress risk factors and evaluate the risks
  • Key steps for developing a healthier workplace
