With the increasingly intense focus of the maritime industry on the Human Element, there is a growing recognition of the importance of effectively managing human performance, as highlighted by OCIMF's 'Human Factors Management and Self-Assessment'. Drawing on this guideline, this course is designed to equip maritime professionals with the knowledge and tools to effectively address the challenges of adopting these guidelines.

The aim of the course is to offer a comprehensive approach for driving optimal performance through the development of robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the design of effective reward systems, showcasing the importance of leadership in defining workplace culture and enhancing team capability.

The course combines organisational development theory with practical applications, ensuring participants gain the skills needed to navigate and apply these concepts in the context of maritime operations. This makes it ideal for professionals seeking to improve human performance management in line with the latest maritime safety and efficiency objectives.
