IACS URs for cybersecurity and their implications for newbuildings

The introduction of the IACS Unified Requirements (UR) on cybersecurity marks a major shift for the maritime industry, with the rules now applying to all ships and offshore installations contracted for construction from 1 July 2024 onward.
