The event will be held at the Clarion Hotel Energy in Stavanger, Norway, on May 19–20, 2026. Located in the heart of Stavanger’s innovation district, the venue offers modern conference facilities and is easily accessible from the city center and Stavanger Airport.

The Synergi Life Spring Summit 2026 will be held at the Clarion Hotel Energy in Stavanger, Norway.

By Air: 
Stavanger Airport, Sola (SVG) is the nearest airport, located approximately 15 minutes from the venue by car or taxi. The airport offers direct flights from major European cities and connections via Oslo. 

By Public Transport: 
Regular bus services run between Stavanger Airport and the city center. From there, local buses or taxis can take you directly to the Clarion Hotel Energy.

By Car: 
The hotel offers parking facilities for guests arriving by car. Please check with the venue for availability and rates. 

No general shuttle service will be provided between Stavanger Airport or the city center and the Clarion Hotel Energy. However, a dedicated shuttle will be arranged on May 19 to transport attendees from the hotel to the evening event activity and back.

The Synergi Life Spring Summit 2026 will take place at the Clarion Hotel Energy, which also serves as the recommended accommodation for attendees. We encourage participants to book early, as rooms may fill up quickly. We offer a discount code to our customers attending the user conference. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to book your stay at this hotel and we will provide you with the code and further instructions.

Yes, a dinner event is included and will take place on the evening of May 19, 2026. This is a great opportunity to continue conversations from the day, connect with fellow attendees in a relaxed setting, and enjoy a taste of Stavanger’s hospitality.

Details about the venue and program for the dinner will be shared closer to the event.

Attendees have the right to cancel its participation in the event by giving prior written notice to DNV. Please reach out to digital@dnv.com to process the cancellation request. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. 

Cancellation terms

In case of customer’s cancellation, the following cancellation fee applies: 

If written notice is given more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, event tickets will receive a full refund after purchasing.  

If written notice is given less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event, 50% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event. 

If written notice is given 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the event, 100% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.

No, each ticket includes coffee/snack break, lunch (19/5 and 20/5), and our dinner event (19/5). No additional purchases are required.

Upon request we will provide a certificate of attendance for the event. Certificates will be sent to the email on your registration after the event. Please allow up to 30 days for receipt of certificates.

This is a live event. The sessions will not be recorded.

Yes, presentation slides and selected session recordings will be made available to registered participants after the event.

The 2026 Spring Summit is planned as an in-person event only. We believe the value of networking, collaboration, and hands-on learning is best experienced face-to-face.
