Conference agenda 

In addition to peer-to-peer networking, face-to-face engagement with DNV technical experts, and partner-led workshops, some of the key takeaways being planned for you include: 

  • Sessions will run from Tuesday morning through Thursday afternoon. 
  • On Tuesday afternoon, DNV Electric Grid will host a Customer/Partner showcase, followed by a traditional special event social and dinner in the evening. 
  • Our hospitality suite (Wednesday) will feature scheduled sessions and dedicated time with our Electric Grid staff.

Hotel Polaris is located at 8989 North Gate Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80921. It is a 30-35 minute drive from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) or 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the Denver Airport (DEN).

No, you will need to book your hotel accommodation separately. We have partnered with Hotel Polaris to offer special rates for conference attendees. Instructions for booking your hotel at the discounted rate will be included in your welcome email once you have completed registration.

Your registration fee includes a meal plan that provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks for all three days of the conference as well as a special themed dinner on the first evening.

Attendees have the right to cancel their participation in the conference by giving written notice to DNV at least 30 days before the event. Please reach out to digital@dnv.comto process the cancellation request.

Cancellation terms 

In case of customer’s cancellation, the following cancellation fee applies: 

If written notice is given more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, event tickets will receive a full refund after purchasing.  If written notice is given less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event, 50% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.

If written notice is given 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the event, 100% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.
