Sustainable and resilient supply chains – company perspective
A breakfast briefing on how companies are enhancing transparency, navigating resilience, and strengthening financial control across their supply chains.
DNV organizes an exclusive in-person breakfast briefing at DNV Høvik office on November 25th. The morning will begin with breakfast and networking at 8:30 am, followed by an insightful session from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
During this session, you’ll gain first-hand insights into how leading companies are addressing supply chain challenges from different perspectives — from human rights due diligence to operational resilience and stakeholder engagement. The event will conclude with a roundtable discussion, offering participants the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with the speakers and DNV’s ESG experts.
Presentations and panel discussions will cover topics such as:
- Hafslund: Experiences and lessons learned from conducting human rights due diligence across solar and battery supply chains, including how these processes are embedded in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts.
- Captiva: Managing human rights due diligence in the complex ecosystem of wind farm operations — from risk mapping and supplier engagement to grievance mechanisms and practical measures for greater transparency and resilience.
- Vattenfall: The value added by performing onsite social supplier audits and experiences from how the audit results are being used when working with the suppliers.
Speakers include:
- Stian Topland, Asset Manager, Captiva Asset Management
- Siril Berglund, Senior Human Rights Adviser, Hafslund AS
- Cecilie Sjursen, Senior Consultant Human Rights, Supply Chain and Product Assurance, DNV
This invitation-only event offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers, gain practical perspectives on sustainable and resilient supply chain management, and help shape the agenda for future DNV briefings.
