New series of Smart-Ups in 2017 – next live webinar on Hull Performance Monitoring

Like last year you will be able to register free of charge for the topics that are of interest to you and if you miss the live webinar you can access the recording later to learn about the topic at a more convenient time for you.

The May Smart-Up is dedicated to the new standard on hull and propeller performance assessment for ships in service. The standard was published in November 2016 and is now the new reference tool in the field of hull performance, providing a useful common basis for discussions between the various stakeholders. As recently experienced in the HullPIC 2017 conference the standard aligns the multitude of performance monitoring tools on the market. In this Smart-up the speaker assesses the delivery of stated aims and suggests ideas for further work. Who better than Geir Axel Oftedahl, former secretary of the working group of ISO 19030, co-organizer of HullPIC and Business Development Director at Jotun Marine Coatings to give us this insight?
