This training course is designed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergencies.   • To empower participants with the confidence and skills required to administer effective first aid in various emergencies
  • To teach participants the fundamentals of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), including chest compressions and rescue breaths
  • To familiarize participants with the operation and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to restore normal heart rhythm in cardiac arrest victims.
