The objective of this recommended practice (RP) is to provide a practical, cost effective recipe for how to manage risk related to corrosion under insulation (CUI). The work process is built around a plan, do, check, act (PDCA) process aligned with ISO 9000 requirements of continuous improvement. The target is to mitigate unacceptable risk in the most effective way by giving priority to high risk.
