Customer feedback has led to updates in Sesam for the engineering of fixed and floating assets for the offshore wind, oil and gas and maritime industries. In this webinar, you will understand how to leverage the latest releases to gain efficiency and solve new challenges, for example:

Offshore wind industry

Time-domain analysis is becoming more common for the design of wind turbine foundations. Many of the new Sesam features address more efficient and seamless time-domain ULS, FLS and seismic analysis. We present how you can do this.

Oil and gas industry

The industry is becoming more oriented towards operation and life extension. As a result, we implemented new functionalities for more advanced analysis to prove residual strength through, for example, fatigue or pushover analysis. This webinar also show how you can make models for tubular joint shell fatigue analysis and non-linear analysis.

Offshore structural engineering, marine engineering, naval architecture

Common for all industries is the need for cloud collaboration. We highlight the latest features in Sesam Insight, focusing on an asset's design and operational phases.

  • Cloud collaboration on Sesam model data and results
  • New enhancements for fixed structures
  • New enhancements floating structures
  • New enhancements for offshore wind turbine foundations
  • A preview of upcoming releases
  • How to use the new Sesam Portal

The webinar recording is relevant for:

Structural and offshore engineers, naval architects, group leaders, engineering managers, and technical authorities who are currently using Sesam or considering switching to Sesam for future projects.
