The recent pandemic has only highlighted how critical Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues have become as well as the need to accelerate the transition to a more inclusive capitalism. McKinsey considers that companies performing well on ESG are less exposed to risk, more competitive and are better prepared for uncertainty.
