Group HSE Manager - Safety at ENOC
Arvind is a chemical engineer with 20 years of global experience in Oil & Gas and Safety Consulting, specialising in HSE, process safety, and refinery operations. With 12+ years leading safety initiatives at refinery and corporate levels and 2 years at DuPont Safety Consulting, he has delivered impactful solutions in process safety and risk management. His 8 years of hands-on refinery operations further demonstrate his technical expertise. As Group HSE Manager at ENOC, Arvind drives safety excellence and operational integrity.
 
Koheila MolazemiProduct Line Director Plant, Digital Solutions at DNV
With over 20 years of consulting experience in the oil and gas industry, she specialises in risk management across HSE, technical safety, asset risk, and enterprise risk management. She has led numerous ESIA and HSEIA studies, advising on HSE-MS, process safety, and ERM for E&P and industrial sectors. As a project manager, she has successfully delivered medium to large-scale projects for major international and national oil companies.
 
Marion TorreDelivery Manager for CFD products (KFX and EXSIM), Digital Solutions at DNV
Marion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. She has a strong background in risk management, including CFD and CFD tools. Marion has successfully managed numerous projects for major international and national oil companies, demonstrating her expertise in CFD projects for gas dispersion and fire simulations for offshore and onshore facilities using KFX.

Adeyemi Oke, Senior Principal Mathematical Modeler, Digital Solutions at DNV
'Ade' is a Senior-Principal technical safety, loss prevention and software development consultant with more than 20 years’ post-doctoral experience in a broad range of risk-based engineering design and management roles. He has in-depth experience in leading / managing projects providing safety case support as well as risk based design optimization for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a wide range of onshore and offshore installations, including LNG, Hydrogen Power (Carbon Capture) production and petrochemical facilities. He has also been involved as a lead developer/modeller in software development projects concerned with source-term, flammable, explosion and toxic impact assessment and associated risk modelling.

Emmanuel Ayo ShogelolaSenior Engineer, Digital Solutions at DNV
Emmanuel is an experienced Senior Engineer at DNV with 10+ years of experience in risk management and software development for the chemical industry. He provides technical support for engineering software such as Phast and Safeti. His responsibilities include training customers, participating in seminars and conferences, and supporting consulting projects with the risk and safety advisory team. Emmanuel's responsibilities encompass understanding software functionality, addressing technical issues, and clarifying results for consulting projects.

Dr. Tarek Bengherbia, Principal Consultant, DNV – Abu Dhabi

Tarek Bengherbia is a Principal Consultant at DNV in Abu Dhabi, specializing in fire and explosion safety with over 20 years of experience delivering technical safety studies for both onshore and offshore facilities. He holds a PhD in Energy from the Laboratory of Combustion and Detonation at ENSMA (École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d’Aérotechnique), France.

He is actively engaged in research and supervision in the fields of turbulent combustion and high-speed flows. Bengherbia has authored over 20 publications, including peer-reviewed papers on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), turbulent combustion modeling, gas detection optimization strategies, and the application of machine learning to process safety.

Having worked in the United Kingdom and France, he now serves as the technical lead for CFD within the SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, driving innovation and advanced simulation methodologies across DNV’s global projects.
