This service specification (SE) specifies DNV’s services for project certification of onshore and offshore wind power plants.
The aim of this document is to provide a flexible certification scheme to address individual needs, reduce the costs over the lifetime while not compromising on quality. Additional certification phases or services can be chosen to enhance the power plant reliability and value. The service specification serves also to detail and clarify the certification activities and facilitate achieving compliance.
