This service specification (SE) specifies DNV’s services for project certification of onshore and offshore wind farms according to IEC 61400-22. It includes DNV’s interpretation and detailing of IEC 61400-22 to serve as a contractual basis for project certification.
Furthermore it provides a common communication platform for describing the scope and extent of activities performed for project certification of a wind farm and its assets.
