DNV's GreenPowerMonitor and IP Gotion Poland sign strategic MoU to advance BESS solutions in Central and Eastern Europe

The collaboration reinforces both companies' commitment to supporting the growth of energy storage across Poland and the wider CEE region.

Barcelona, Spain, 21 July 2026: GreenPowerMonitor, a DNV company (GPM), and IP Gotion Poland, a joint venture between IPSOLAR.GROUP and Gotion GmbH, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the deployment of advanced energy management system (EMS) and SCADA solutions for battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.

Signed during Intersolar Europe in Munich, the agreement supports the expansion of energy storage infrastructure in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), where growing renewable energy deployment is driving demand for greater grid flexibility.

The partnership combines GPM's expertise in renewable asset monitoring, control and optimization with IP Gotion Poland's experience in delivering BESS installations. Under the agreement, GPM will provide EMS and SCADA solutions for projects developed by IP Gotion Poland, enabling safe, reliable and efficient operation through advanced control, real-time data, performance optimization and seamless grid integration.
