As this standard is now standalone, it follows the High-Level Structure and includes control requirements.

Pre-requisites:

  • All participants are expected to be familiar with the ISO/IEC 27701:2025 standard and privacy concepts.
  • Familiarity with other ISO management systems, such as ISO/IEC 27001:2022, would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, privacy laws and data management is recommended.
