IFS Food Fraud Mitigation Training

The course explores the background of Food Fraud and the identification of Food Fraud Risks, Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment and Mitigation Plan.

This course is designed to delve into the background of Food Fraud, the identification of Food Fraud Risks as well as Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment and Mitigation Plan.

It will also cover the Maintenance of the Food Fraud Mitigation Plan, IFS Audits in relation to Food Fraud and provide practical case studies to support in depth understanding.

Objective

Upon completion of this course, attendees will have a better understanding of the background and possible extent of food fraud thus having the ability to safely identify food fraud risks. Attendees will also learn to create a vulnerability assessment for food fraud and a food fraud mitigation plan. They will also gain the knowledge necessary to maintain and update a mitigation plan as well as the new requirements in IFS Food 7.

This course is aimed at Quality assurance, purchasing, logistics or laboratory staff of the food industry, as well as Quality management representative, interested parties from the food industry.
