Majdouline is an energy professional with 15 years’ experience in power optimization, power market analysis, trading, short-term position management for power and gas, energy procurement and project management. Majdouline has worked for several utility, consultancy, trading and investment banking leaders. Majdouline has produced green energy procurement strategies and roadmaps for various RE100 companies and multinationals. Her experience extends to negotiating physical and virtual power purchase agreements (PPAs) for corporate buyers globally.
Jakub Pilc
Principal Consultant
Jakub has 15 years of experience in energy markets. He is responsible for advising corporate buyers on the implementation of corporate power purchasing agreements (cPPA) and renewable energy procurement worldwide. Jakub is experienced in commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers, including budget and price forecasts, trading, risk management and in the procurement of various energy contracts including cPPAs and unbundled energy attribute certificates (EACs), such as renewable energy guarantee of origin (REGO) and guarantee of origin (GO) certificates.
Marina Sergeeva
Senior Consultant
Marina Sergeeva has 6 years’ experience and has been actively involved in a range of projects across the NEMEA region. Recently, Marina has been working on cPPA implementation and advisory for key markets within Europe, as well as focusing on green energy procurement, including strategy development, and country market assessments. Marina has good knowledge of the different dimensions of the energy market value chain, working closely with both corporate buyers and energy sellers.

As Director of Energy Markets, Martijn Duvoort is responsible for DNV's market related services. This includes market design, especially on topics related to trading flexibility, market modeling and the facilitation of the introduction of new disruptive technologies. Furthermore, as head of section of Market & Policy Development section he has developed energy market assessments and optimization of individual players in their market environment. In addition, his section assisted market parties with decision support and risk-based assessments, e.g., due-diligence support.
