Governing AI in Healthcare: Safety, Risk, and Executive Leadership

In this course delivered by DNV and Newton's Tree, explore how to safely and responsibly govern applications of artificial intelligence within healthcare settings using ISO 9001 principles and risk-based thinking.

Lead the responsible adoption of AI in healthcare

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming healthcare, creating new opportunities to improve patient care, operational efficiency, decision-making, and organizational performance. As AI becomes more embedded in clinical, administrative, and operational processes, healthcare leaders must also address the associated challenges of governance, accountability, risk management, patient safety, and oversight.

Delivered in collaboration with Newton's Tree, this two-day executive education course provides healthcare leaders with a practical framework for governing AI within a healthcare quality management system. Participants will learn how to identify where AI is used in the organization, establish governance structures, and evaluate risks to support the safe, effective, and responsible use of AI across the organization.
