Entry requirement

  • Complete an IPEF (International Powered Access Federation) - approved training course and hold a valid IPEF operator license
  • No specific educational prerequisites for enrolment; however, participants must be at least 18 years old and have a basic understanding of workplace safety practices
  • Should have a basic understanding of MEWP operation and should be physically fit
  • Ability to read/speak the English language.

Assessment

  • Theoretical assessment at the end of the course
  • Practical assessment on a scissor lift.

Certificate and validity

Certificate of attendance, valid for 2 years, issued on completion of the assessment.
