Quality Management System Internal Auditor Training Course as per ISO 9001:2026 (subjected to certification by CQI and IRCA)

A two-day course to provide an understanding on the audit process of quality management.

This two-day ISO 9001:2026 Internal Auditor Training course provides participants with a practical understanding of quality management principles, the role of organizational processes, and the value of auditing a Quality Management System (QMS).

Participants will learn how to apply accepted auditing principles and protocols to plan, conduct, report on, and follow up internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2026 requirements. The course also develops the skills needed to perform value-added audits that identify opportunities for improvement, support continual improvement initiatives, and enhance QMS performance. Through this ISO 9001:2026 Internal Auditor Training, participants will gain the competence required to contribute effectively to the ongoing success and effectiveness of an organization's Quality Management System.

We offer all our training courses and the final exams in two delivery modes, depending on the country where they are offered. You can select a classroom training or an online tutored training at your convenience. The total number of learning hours and learning objectives per training course remains the same for both delivery types.

For online tutored Training, agenda & group exercises are adapted to an online learning environment. The total number of learning hours spent online per day with your tutor is adjusted to cater for maximum interaction & learning experience online. (ex. every 90 minutes there will be a short break of 10 minutes).

Online exams: Special conditions apply, e.g.: LAN connection & a portable web-camera is required. 

  • Participant evaluation is through Continuous assessment during all two days and test at the end of the course.
  • A ‘Certificate of Achievement’ will be awarded to participants who pass both continuous assessment & the written examination.

Pre-requisites:

For successful completion of this course, it is expected that you have prior knowledge of the following management principles and concepts:

  • The PDCA cycle
  • The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction
  • Harmonized Structure requirements
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2026

These prior knowledge requirements can be easily gained by attending our Foundation course in ISO 9001/Quality Management Systems.
