This interactive training course provides an opportunity for you to gain necessary knowledge to measure implementation of quality culture & ethical behaviour at your organization based on the ISO 9001 & ISO 10010 standards.
ISO 9001:2026 places greater emphasis on the concepts of quality culture and Ethical behavior.
These concepts are becoming increasingly important in the implementation of an effective quality management system at any organisation. This course helps participants explore what a strong quality culture really looks like, why ethics and culture matter in quality management, and how leaders and teams can influence behaviours that support lasting performance.
Using ISO 10010 guidance and practical examples, participants will learn how to identify their organisation’s current quality culture, define the desired culture, and take meaningful steps to embed and promote it across the organisation.
Participants will get access to a toolbox to check the maturity of “Quality Culture & Ethical Behaviour” at the organization while exploring the meaning of culture, quality culture, organisational culture, and ethical behaviour.

- Embed and promote a quality culture within the organization (ref. Clause 8 of ISO 10010) using real-life examples of quality culture maturity levels (ref. ISO 10010, Clause 7.2.2: follower, compliance, innovation, and leading cultures).
