Quality Management System Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course as per ISO 9001:2026 - Blended (subjected to certification by CQI and IRCA)
A full week course split into 16 hours of eLearning modules followed by three days of classroom sessions. The course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second-and third-party audits of management systems against the requirements of the ISO 9001:2026.
This online/eLearning (Part I) and classroom/tutored online training (Part II) combination (blended course) gives you a unique opportunity to learn the basics of auditing at your own speed online and complete the training at the classroom. The learning outcome of this blended delivery option is the same as that of 5 Days Classroom training.
It is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform ad lead first, second and third-party audits of management systems against the requirements of the ISO 9001:2026. It includes guidance given in the ISO 19011:2026 for first- and second-party audits as well as the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17021-1 for third party audits.
Course setup:
Part I: e-Learning modules (approx. 16 hours: including self-reflections & knowledge test). Delegates are able to access Part I as a pre-course activity via our Learning Management System 3 weeks prior to the classroom session start date.)
Part II: 3-day Classroom session
Assessment: Participant evaluation is through Continuous assessment during the complete training course and an online examination managed by CQI and IRCA at the end of the course. Exam details & special conditions by CQI and IRCA will be available to you online once enroll for the course.

Pre-requisites:
For successful completion of this course, it is expected that you have prior knowledge of the following management principles and concepts. This knowledge can be self-declared once you have enrolled to any of our lead auditor courses via the private area created for you using our LMS (Learning Management System). There are two attempts at the declaration.
- The PDCA cycle
- The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction
- Harmonised Structure requirements
- Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2026
These prior knowledge requirements can be easily gained by attending our Foundation course in ISO 9001/Quality Management Systems.
