From 2011 to the present day, DNV has provided detailed performance monitoring for a large portfolio across three countries. The scope has included:

• Weekly status reporting.
• Full monthly performance reporting and production loss accounting.
• Contractor meetings.
• Availability and performance warranty calculations and validation.
• Ad hoc analyses, e.g. claims for de-rating or grid curtailment.
• On-site assistance, inspection and retrofit over-seeing as and when required.
• Supply and implementation of WindHelm portfolio manager.

Outcome
DNV has worked closely with the Client in the implementation of WindHelm, including setting up the system, developing reporting templates, delivering the reports and provided training in use of the WindHelm system.
