Cost benefit analysis with Taro
Performed early in the refinery design process, Taro helps to identify the bottlenecks of a system and where this system can be optimized. Such an assessment can rapidly feed into a net present value assessment of each option.
Once the development option has been selected, further cost benefit analysis can be performed e.g. examining the benefit of additional installed capacity, or the penalties of reduced redundancy.
