Dr. Norfleet has consulted on matters presiding before both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Bruce specializes in repair welding, inspection techniques and failure analysis. He has over eighty publications/conference presentations and has been involved in pipeline welding research continuously since his graduation from The Ohio State University in 1981.
Mr. Bubenik is an internationally recognized expert in technologies related to in-line inspection and the effects of defects on pipeline integrity with extensive experience in the development, management, and implementation of projects related pipeline integrity management. He has published thirty-eight publications/conference presentations since 1993.
Mr. Finneran specializes in advanced computational modeling to analyze complex problems related to electromagnetic and electrical interference, corrosion and cathodic protection analysis, thermal modeling, and forensic simulation and acted as an expert witness for a pipeline failure analysis, related to stray current corrosion analysis and modeling. He has published 30 publications/conference presentations since 2012.
Mr. Godfrey specializes in integrity program design and management, regulatory compliance, standards development, pipeline operations, pipeline design & construction, line pipe manufacturing and non-destructive examination; serving past roles as Chairman of the API Pipeline Integrity Committee, Vice Chair of the PRCI Materials Committee, and member of the API Operations Technical Committee.
Dr. Kotu specializes in corrosion, molecular/microbiology, microfluidics, risk assessments, process safety and thin film deposition. She holds a patent in “Microfluidic microbiologically influenced corrosion model”, and has published 9 publications/conference presentations since 2012.
Mr. Kagarise specializes in pipeline integrity and internal corrosion focusing on risk management; pipeline facilities and networks; and the evaluation and mitigation of threats associated with internal corrosion. He has published 9 publications/conference presentations since 2012.
Mr. Abes has 30+ of experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry, specializing in the areas of pipeline safety, regulatory compliance and safety management systems. He received the CSA Award of Merit for his commitment, expertise and leadership in the development and advancement of standards for the oil and gas pipeline industry.
Mrs. Moreno has 30 years of experience in oil and gas industry serving as as an expert witness in high profile cases and have presented to and/or authored papers for groups, such as DOT, OPS, PHMSA, IPC, NACE, PPIM and Purdue.
Mr. Kowalski has 30 years of experience as project manager and technical advisor on pipeline corrosion integrity assessment projects; led inspections and analyzed data collected on more than 1.5K miles of pipelines, using aboveground surveys techniques in USA, Venezuela and Brazil. He has authored/co-authored 26 publications since 2012.
