Our global technical experts are available for you
The DATE service is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The service also covers urgent cases during weekends and holidays. The DATE service is provided by our units in Hamburg, Høvik, Houston, Piraeus and Singapore, and it is limited to Fleet in Service.
DATE via My Services on the Veracity platform also provides our customers with an overview of support cases − both current and from the past. This makes it possible for support information to be shared within a customer’s company.
To use DATE via My Services, you must have a Veracity user and be authorized to see private information about your company’s vessels. Read more about access here.
DATE is also available as a mobile application for iOS and Android and allows creating, viewing, modifying and closing DATE cases on your mobile phone.
