  • The event is designed for Synergi Life users, QHSE professionals, risk managers, IT administrators, and decision-makers who want to deepen their understanding of the platform and connect with peers across industries. 

  • Yes, advance registration is required to attend the event. We recommend registering early to secure your spot, as space may be limited. Registration will open shortly and more details will be coming soon, so bookmark this event page and check back for updates. 

  • The Synergi Life Spring Summit 2027 will take place at DNV's headquarters in Høvik, Norway, on April 20-21, 2027. 

  • DNV's headquarter in Høvik, Norway, is conveniently located just outside Oslo and is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, and car. 

  • Information regarding transportation and any shuttle services will be communicated closer to the event date. Please check this page regularly for updates.

  • Yes, an evening networking dinner is included in the programme and will take place on April 20, 2027. Further details will be shared closer to the event.

  • Attendees have the right to cancel its participation in the event by giving prior written notice to DNV. Please reach out to digital@dnv.com to process the cancellation request. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. 

    Cancellation terms 

    In case of customer’s cancellation, the following cancellation fee applies: 

    If written notice is given more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, event tickets will receive a full refund after purchasing.  

    If written notice is given less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event, 50% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event. 

    If written notice is given 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the event, 100% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.

  • No, all meals and refreshments during the event are included in your registration. This includes coffee and snack breaks, lunch on both conference days, and the evening dinner event on April 20, 2027.

  • Upon request we will provide a certificate of attendance for the event. Certificates will be sent to the email on your registration after the event. Please allow up to 30 days for receipt of certificates.

  • This is a live event. The sessions will not be recorded.

  • Yes, presentation slides and selected session recordings will be made available to registered participants after the event.

  • The 2027 Spring Summit is planned as an in-person event only.
