Port State Control CIC on cargo securing – how to comply

Prepare for the Port State Control Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) running from 1 September to 30 November 2026.

Safe cargo arrangements, cargo securing manuals, the condition of cargo securing equipment and crew awareness are expected to be key focus areas during the 2026 PSC CIC. The campaign questionnaire is developed by the Paris and Tokyo MOUs and typically adopted by most PSC regimes.  

This webinar will explain the CIC questions, their relation to the ISM Code and current PSC topics and provide practical guidance on preparing for inspections. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss compliance challenges.
