You’ll also have access to a wide range of technical sessions led by both customers and DNV experts, spanning many topics and real-world use cases. In addition, the agenda includes customer feedback roundtables, customer presentations, an engaging networking event, and dedicated time to connect one-on-one with our engineers and developers. Hosted at a premier venue, the conference offers a comfortable setting for focused learning and genuine collaboration.

We are delighted to invite you to submit an abstract for consideration to present at our upcoming conference. Accepted presenters will have the opportunity to register as customer presenters and attend the conference free of charge. If you are interested in showcasing a project or sharing an innovative way your organization is utilizing our software, we would be thrilled to include you on the agenda. Registration options:

1. Customer Registration Fees

  • Early Bird Registration Fee [ends June 30th]: $695 USD (plus sales tax)
  • Regular Registration Fee [after June 30th]: $895USD (plus sales tax)

The early bird and regular registrations include all sessions, meals and entertainment. 

They also include the Welcome Reception and the Networking Event on Wednesday. Please reserve your tickets during registration if you plan to attend these events.

2. Customer Presenter: Free with code (see guidelines)  

3. Guest ticket to Wednesday networking event: $149 USD (plus sales tax)

The $149 ticket is for a guest coming with a customer.

Monday Night Welcome Reception

Enjoy complimentary drinks and light bites on Monday, September 14, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The reception will be held in the Pecos room at The Moran Hotel, offering a welcoming setting to settle in, reconnect with familiar colleagues, and meet new peers before the week’s sessions begin. 

Come as you are, stay as long as you like, and take the opportunity to start the conference with good conversation and a strong sense of community. 

Wednesday Night Networking Event

Join us Wednesday evening for a fun, relaxed Networking Event at Bowl & Barrel, an upscale boutique bowling venue with a modern American restaurant and bar. After a full day of technical sessions, unwind with great food, drinks, and a little friendly competition on the lanes. 

Whether you’re rolling strikes or cheering on your peers, you’ll have plenty of time to network with fellow attendees and connect with the DNV team in an easy, social setting. Come for the bowling, stay for the conversations, and leave with new connections (and maybe a few bragging rights).

The Moran CITYCENTRE is a luxury, AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel located in the heart of Houston's bustling CITYCENTRE district. It features 244 newly renovated guestrooms, offering a modern, elegant, and comfortable experience with access to walkable upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment. 

Book Early for a Chance to Enhance Your Stay 

Reserve your room at The Moran Hotel early and you could receive a complimentary room upgrade! The first 100 attendees who book by Friday, August 7th will be entered into a drawing—three upgrades will be awarded. 

Please note: this is an upgrade to your existing reservation, not a complimentary stay. 

Destination fee 

The hotel charges a destination fee of $10.00 USD plus 17% tax per room, per night. This fee includes: Standard wi-fi throughout the hotel, Garage self-parking on the 3rd floor, free local and toll-free calls, daily $17 continental breakfast for 1 guest, bottled water in-room and at the front desk, and access to the on-property fitness center.  

Guest room rates 

  • Rates are for one or two people in a room with one king bed. There is an extra person charge of $20 per person, per night for more than two people in the same room.  
  • Rates are subject to all city and state taxes. Currently these taxes total 17% with 6% designated to state tax, 7% to city tax, 2% to Harris Country, and 2% to the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority. Taxes are subject to change without notice.  
  • Rates are subject to a $0.92 Franchise Tax Recovery Fee, currently this fee is subject to these taxes total 17% with 6% designated to state tax, 7% to city tax, 2% to Harris County, and 2% to the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority. Taxes are subject to change without notice.  

*Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out. 

*Friday, August 21, 2026 is the cut-off for room reservations. After this date, any rooms remaining in the block will be released into hotel inventory and additional reservations will be made based upon availability.
