While our patented sensor technology is the eyes and ears of Smart Cable Guard, our global control centres are its brain. They provide continuous monitoring, analysis and interpretation of the wealth of data collected by your Smart Cable Guard field hardware.
Real-time monitoring and alerts
As part of your Smart Cable Guard subscription, our control centres carry out round-the-clock analysis and interpretation of the health data for your cable network. Based on our Smart Cable Guard machine-learning algorithm, any unusual events are identified and categorized – and the insight gained is used to improve the algorithm for future monitoring.
In the case of a fault, your designated contact person will be immediately alerted via e-mail or SMS with the time and location of the fault. Partial discharge events are classified according to the associated risk of failure, and you will receive an immediate e-mail notification if that risk is too high (according to your own preferences).
Secure online access
In addition, you have full access to your cable health data via a secure Smart Cable Guard Customer Web Interface or Portal. Our Portal lets you check up monitored cable circuits, the operation of your installed Smart Cable Guard systems and current / historic partial discharge or fault activity at any time. It is an essential resource for monitoring failure probabilities and intermittent faults, helping you streamline maintenance scheduling and power routing for maximum efficiency.
Global coverage, local service
We have data and operations centres in Singapore (for Asia) and Amsterdam (for the rest of the world), with a satellite office in Bangalore. This means you can call on our 24/7 support. Your data is stored in a cloud solution, ensuring the highest levels of data privacy.
