Customers sharing experiences

For our Synergi Life customers, this has meant the creation of a new COVID-19 customer online discussion forum, which has already been joined by dozens of customers. The forum is for sharing experiences, challenges, key learnings and best practices on handling the situation.

We have also organized a COVID-19 specific webinar, with presenters both from DNV, customers Skanska, Hydro and the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association (NOROG). The webinar focused on best practices and key learnings for safer operations and business continuity, including DNV’s responses and what we have learned.

Skanska use tailored software to support a COVID-19 response

The construction company Skanska has already tailored Synergi Life to support responses related to COVID-19. Their system now includes incident reporting concerning recommended and mandatory measures to reduce the risk of infection at building sites. Skanska has created a list, based on all official guidelines, that covers many types of incidents, deficiencies and undesiredsafe behaviour, for example lack of facilities for washing hands, unsuitable working conditions or close contact between persons at work.
