Do I need to attend the entire event?
ANSWERNo, we have a full event, multi-day and single-day event admission tickets available. You can view our session schedule here and pick the admission ticket that works best for you.
Are there any hotel accommodations available for the event?
Which of these hotels have shuttles that can take us to the venue every day?
ANSWERPlease check with your hotel to see if they provide a shuttle service. We do not have any shuttle service offered with the event.
Is parking free for the event?
ANSWERYes, there are no charges for parking. You may park in the available spaces outside of our Katy Office located at 1400 Ravello Dr, Houston TX 77449. Please observe all posted parking signs and restrictions.
What are your COVID Safety Guidelines?
ANSWERDNV takes COVID-19 safety seriously. We follow all CDC recommendations aligning with state and city guidelines. We ask that attendees take appropriate precautions to stop the spread of COVID by following all state, city, and CDC recommendations. Please be sure to check prior to the event for any changes related to COVID precautions as we will keep this page up to date with changes.
What is the refund policy for tickets purchased?
ANSWEREvent tickets will receive a full refund up to 3 days before the event for a full refund. Please login to your registration to process the cancellation request. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Do we need to pay for food at the event?
ANSWERNo, each ticket includes breakfast, lunch and snack grab & go servings for each ticket day purchased. No additional ticket purchases are required.
Do your sessions offer certificates of attendance for PDHs?
ANSWERWhile not all sessions will provide a certificate of attendance, many of our sessions will provide a certificate of attendance for the event. Be sure to sign in at each session to ensure you receive your certificates. Certificates will be sent to the email on your registration after the event. Please allow up to 30 days for receipt of certificates.
Will sessions be recorded?
