“Given the situation we are in together, Leon van Eemeren of DNV came up with the proposal to organize the audit via Skype. Fortunately, we have already digitized a lot of documents. A number of aspects of the Audit, such as workplace inspections, checking tools and PPE, took place via random checks. By means of photos and the display of documents it was possible to answer all questions and provide evidence.
Through creativity and commitment of all parties involved, we were able to make it a successful Audit. And most importantly, our VCA* certificate is valid for another year."
