Our logo consists of the anchor and balance – which have been symbols of safety since DNV was established in 1864.
The colours of the DNV logo are blue and green. Blue symbolises the ocean, and green symbolises nature and concern for the environment.
The present DNV logo was introduced in 1993. The objective was to make the logo communicate better internationally.
