The present quality parameters used by the VA are suitable for the European scene. A quality classification system that incorporates the US (such as Federal Bridge quality levels), Asia and the rest of the world is under development. Future versions of the quality classification scheme will also identify ratings for more fine-grained quality characteristics, with the possibility to use “respond with” parameters in requests and responses to set requirements and return values.
