Innovating successfully is for many organisations of crucial importance, but does not happen by itself. Development and especially the implementation of innovations often proves to be a difficult process to manage. A lot of innovations therefore cost more time and money than foreseen or get stuck in the midst of the realisation phase. Innovation is then realised in a few pilots, but an overall adoption of the innovation does not materialise.

This 4-day masterclass is meant for project leaders and managers of innovation projects where a wide adoption of the innovation is important. In the masterclass you will be given a method by which you can develop, implement and monitor innovation programmes in a successful and structured way. We introduce you to a number of tools you can use to enhance the effectiveness of your innovation programme or project.
