Course description
This one day course provides a broad overview of the Singaporean legislations and their requirements related to biorisk management. It covers relevant regulations and acts including The Biological Agents and Toxins Act (BATA), The Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA), The Animals and Birds Act, The Fire Safety Act, The Environmental Protection and Management Act, The Sewerages and Drainage Act, The Hazardous Waste (control of export, import and transit) Act, The Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, The Strategic Goods (control) Act etc.
