Enrolment
You may enrol on our courses online or by e-mail to dnv.academy@dnv.com.

You will receive an e-mail shortly after your enrolment, with a preliminary confirmation of your registration for the course. 2 -3 weeks before the course start date, all participants will receive a final course confirmation with details about time and place as well as an agenda.

The final decision about running the course will be taken 3 weeks before the course starts. Please take this into consideration if you have to book travel or hotel.

Materials
The course fee covers course documentation as well as lunch and refreshments. Please be aware that due to environmental considerations DNV will no longer hand out printed course folders if not absolutely necessary in order to follow the course. We will, however, send the course materials as PDF-files to the participants one week before the course start date. You may yourself decide to print it and bring it to the course. Handouts and notepaper will, of course, be provided.

For the courses where a Recommended Practice (RP) or an Offshore Standard (OS) is part of the course materials, the participants are requested to download this from the DNV Exchange: http://exchange.dnv.com/publishing/ServiceDocs.asp

The materials can be downloaded free of charge. Information about this will be sent out in the course confirmation e-mail.

Hotel
The participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. They may use DNV special rates at the hotels we have an agreement with. The course confirmation information will include contact information to some of these hotels, as well as the DNV booking code.

Directions to our head office at Høvik, whether you come by car or public transportation, can be found here. You will also find a map of the campus.

DNV also has buses going from Skøyen (Oslo) or the train station in Sandvika to our head office.
