In the 1 day course RUP Aware you will become acquainted with the Rational Unified Software Development Process (RUP) and how it is built up. We will discuss the 4 main phases of RUP and the core workflows and with which activities and steps workflows can be carried out in an incremental and iterative way. We will discuss how RUP supports a stable architecture. We will go through the whole RUP development process, in which special attention is given to making Use Cases manageable, demystifying the meaning of architecture and exemplify how RUP project management has an impact on RUP core processes.
