In this 2-day course you will get to know the maturity model CMMI, as defined by the Software Engineering Institute. You will receive an introduction to the structure, concepts and practical use of the model. We will examine the organisational and technical aspects of the model and how these help to initiate change after the results of the first evaluation of the working processes of your company.
