In this (3 x 2 days) masterclass personal reflection, intensive exercises and interactions are combined with supporting dialogues and theoretical reflection. The personal work environment is the context for the individual learning experience. At the same time we build on common views on the position of the architect. During the workshop the participants work on their individual improvements in areas such as: determining your identity as an architect, facilitation of creative design processes, and approaches to have influence on architectural processes.

Programme
This masterclass includes three workshops that cover the main topics: identity of the architect, facilitating creativity, and controlling through influencing. Intentionally there are no presentations or lectures. The learning goals of the Masterclass are only supported by individual and group interactions.
