COURSE:
Nauticus Early Design

This course will give an in-depth introduction to Nauticus Early Design, DNV Software's new design and analysis tool covering all major design steps up to class approval, including weight estimates, rule checking, interaction with FEA and automatic class drawings.

Topics covered are:

• 3D Structure Modeling in Molded Forms
• Equipment Modeling
• Interaction with Class software
• Interaction with FEA and Hydro Dynamic tools
• Output
  - Class drawings
  - MTO, WCG etc. reports

The training will be a combination of lectures and hands-on, computers will be available for the attendees.

Prerequisite:
This is recommended as the first step to further implementation of the Nauticus Early Design software package.
